Villanova will host Bosnian wing Harun Zrno beginning on Monday, April 21, per a report from college basketball insider Adam Zagoria: Zrno later retweeted Zagoria’s post.

Zrno, 21, stands 6-foot-7 and tips the scale at 205 pounds. He averaged 17.5 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Division I league last season, the top tier of professional basketball in the Balkan nation.

Zrno did so while shooting 50 percent from the floor, 44 percent from three — taking half his shots from beyond the arc, an average of five attempts per game — and 77 percent on free throws, showing a knack for drawing fouls.

Zrno initially committed to Indiana, but reopened his recruiting after Hoosiers head coach Mike Woodson stepped down. He also visited the University of Miami over the weekend, making the most of his trip across the pond, but doesn’t have any other official visits planned as of yet. The Wildcats signed guard Aleksandar Gavalyugov — a recent transferout of Bulgaria as part of their 2024 recruiting class, and international players could help them get a leg up in recruiting should they continue to find success.

Villanova still needs to fill at least five spots on their roster ahead of the 2025-26 season. As of right now, the Wildcats will retain just two players who entered at least one game during the 2024-25 campaign, assuming former walk-on Collin O’Toole still has a year of eligibility remaining.

Other Villanova transfer targets still on the table include Maryland’s Rodney Rice and Tafara Gapare.
