Villanova Men’s Basketball will play 31 games during the 2025-26 regular season, as is customary for Division I programs.

20 of those games will take place against Big East foes, a home and away matchup against each team, and they’ll also play a trio of Philadelphia Big 5 games: at home against Temple, at LaSalle, and an as yet undetermined game in the Big 5 Classic that will determine where they finish in the historic association.

We already know the opponent for 30 of the Wildcats’ 31 games, while the last will be one of Penn, Drexel and St. Joe’s. Villanova will begin their season with two exhibition games, hosting VCU at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 19 before travelling to face UVA at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24.

The Big East schedule will likely come out at some point in late August, but here’s everything we know about the schedule so far: check back periodically for updates as the Wildcats unveil more of their schedule.
