Phillies affiliates went 3-1 on Friday, May 1 with another outburst at the plate from Double-A Reading.

Three Fightin Phils reached base at least four times, including outfield prospect Dante Nori (3-for-5 with a double and a walk), shortstop Bryan Rincon (4-for-5 with a double, a homer and a steal) and third baseman Carson DeMartini (3-for-5 with a walk, a homer and a steal).

Left fielder Dylan Campbell continued to crush the ball as he works his way out of a slow start to the season, going 1-for-4 with a double and a walk. The win marked Reading’s second time in as many days scoring more than ten runs.

High-A Jersey Shore won an 8-7 thriller, surviving a three-run rally in the ninth inning. Shortstop Jose Colmenares led the way at the plate with a homer, a double and two walks. University of Pennsylvania alumnus Ryan Dromboski struck out nine batters in 5.2 innings, allowing three earned runs.

Single-A Clearwater won 7-3 as catcher prospect Alirio Ferrebus went 2-for-5 with a double. Right fielder and former Phillies undrafted free agent Jonathan Hogart went 1-for-3 with a three-run homer, his second of the season. Triple-A Reading, meanwhile, played just five innings, their 6-3 loss called due to inclement weather.
