Phillies affiliates went 3-1 on Wednesday, May 27, with hot streaks from first baseman Felix Reyes and center fielder Griffin Burkholder continuing.

Triple-A Lehigh Valley scored three runs in the ninth to win 7-6, Reyes hitting the go-ahead two-run homer… his second blast of the night. Gabriel Rincones Jr., playing his first series with the IronPigs after a lengthy injured list stint, went 3-for-5 with a double in his second game back.

Newly-minted Top 30 Phillies prospect Raylin Heredia went 2-for-4 with a home run for Double-A Reading; third baseman Bryson Ware went 2-for-3 with a double.

The Fightin Phils lost 8-4, however, in another rough start for Jean Cabrera. The 24-year-old right-hander allowed five runs in 4.2 innings, striking out seven batters on 83 pitches but allowing plenty of contact and a pair of homers.

High-A Jersey Shore eked out a 5-4 win, Wen-Hui Pan continuing his blemish-free introduction to the BlueClaws with the save and a perfect ninth inning. His ERA sits at 0.00 through six innings (five appearances) with Jersey Shore. First baseman/catcher Kodey Shojinaga hit three singles and left fielder Ben Dragoo doubled.

Single-A Clearwater drubbed the Dunedin Blue Jays 16-6, logging 12 hits and eight walks. The lone home run came from second baseman Robert Phelps, who also walked twice. Burkholder (2-for-4 with a double and two walks), shortstop Matt Ferrara (3-for-4 with a double), and right fielder Jonathan Hogart (2-for-3 with a double and two walks) added extra base hits.
