Villanova Women’s Basketball offered guard/small forward Hailey Benbow, a 2028 recruit out of New Jersey’s Rutgers Prep, on Tuesday, July 1.

Already displaying a knack for playmaking, Benbow could turn into a college caliber point guard as time goes on. As such, ESPN gives her a four-star ranking.

Benbow stands 5-foot-10 with a 6-foot-1 wingspan, a physical presence capable of fighting through traffic to get to the basket or sinking tough angle shots.

She holds offers from talented programs like TCU, who won the Big 12 championship in 2025, along with Virginia Tech, Miami and Maryland. With three more years remaining in her high school career, Benbow could see herself shoot up the recruiting rankings as time goes on. Click here for more Villanova Women’s Basketball news.
