Villanova Football continued their 2027 recruiting momentum on Wednesday, June 3, picking up a pair of commitments.

Massachusetts offensive lineman Jack Warren announced his decision first; a 6-foot-5, 290 pound right tackle, he already possesses both the length and bulk to play at the next level. He’s also a reigning state champion at Xaverian Brothers, winners of three consecutive title games. After a Jesuit secondary education, Warren will get a chance to suit up for the nation’s only Augustinian university.

Villanova also earned the commitment of 6-foot-4, 235 pound tight end Michael Schlachter, who attends nearby Downingtown East High School. Schlachter has played at both tight end and H-back, a diverse skill set that will help him fit in with the Wildcats’ run-centric offense.
