Villanova Football earned the commitment of Jackson Kraemer, a defensive lineman out of Mt. Lebanon High School near Pittsburgh, on Saturday, July 12.

Kraemer announced his decision in a Twitter post. He stands 6-foot-3 and weighs 260 pounds, a versatile athlete who takes snaps at defensive end, defensive tackle, and plays along the offensive line as well. He also has experience playing forward for Mt. Lebanon’s basketball team.

A 2026 recruit, Kraemer will join the Wildcats next season. The rising senior earned an offer from Villanova less than two weeks ago, telling Philadelphia Sports Now at the time that the team offered him at both defensive line positions.

Villanova beat out seven other Division I programs to secure Kraemer’s commitment, including JMU, Duquesne and Robert Morris.
