Villanova Football issued a trio of offers to 2027 recruits over the past week, with versatile rising seniors Ja’Zir Dickerson, Damari Moore and TJ Lawrence all earning an official bid from the Wildcats.

Dickerson stands 6-foot-2 and weighs 180 pounds, an ‘ATH’ at Maryland’s Colonel Richardson High School who won conference player of the year honors on both the gridiron and the basketball court. He played free safety and running back as a junior and also took snaps at quarterback in practice, a versatile athlete in every sense of the word.

Dickerson amassed 1,900 all purpose yards and 26 touchdowns last season… and with another season to develop, he could double down on his player of the year credentials in 2026. He’s also earning Power Four attention from Virginia and Duke.

Moore hails from Baltimore and plays defensive back and wide receiver. 6-foot-2 and 175 pounds, he likely fits best in the secondary, where his length will help him disrupt passing lanes. A natural with the ball in his hands, Moore hauled in nine interceptions in 2025, returning four for touchdowns… all while allowing just two catches. Like Dickerson, Virginia has their eyes on Moore, so Villanova could face a tough recruiting battle.

Lawrence, for his part, plays running back and middle linebacker. He holds 20 Division I offers and picked up 1,364 yards and 29 touchdowns as a junior, a 5-foot-11, 210 pound bowling ball at Allentown’s Parkland High School.

Fresh off a trip to the FCS Semifinals, Villanova Football’s ability to court the big fish like Dickerson, Moore and Lawrence could help them maintain their recent success. Click here for more Wildcats’ recruiting news.
