Villanova Football Adds Specialist, Swiss Army Knife Receiver
Villanova Football added two more players to their 2026 recruiting class, with specialist Ryan Reavy and wide receiver Greeley McAden announcing their commitments.
Reavy (6-foot-2, 197 pounds) served as both kicker and punter for Spring-Ford High School in nearby Royersford, Pa. The Wildcats lost punter Luke Larsen and kicker Jack Barnum to graduation, leaving redshirt freshman kicker Luke Myers as the only specialist on the current roster, so Reavy could fill an immediate need.
McAden hails from Tioga, Texas and had a hand in 3,120 yards and 39 touchdowns across eight games as a senior, switching to quarterback midway through the season and making plays as a rusher, passer and receiver. Listed at 5-foot-11 and 190 pounds, McAden’s versatile ability could provide trick play potential for Villanova down the road.
Adding Reavy and McAden leaves the Wildcats with 15 open roster spots heading into 2026.
