Phillies Prospect Watch: Raylin Heredia Powers the Offense

Phillies affiliates went 1-3 on Thursday, Aug. 13, a big day from outfielder Raylin Heredia powering the Fightin Phils to a 6-4 win.

Heredia and recent free agent outfielder signee Wuilfredo Antunez each cleared the fences; Heredia finished a triple shy of the cycle, going 3-for-3 with a double, a walk and two steals. Infielder Aroon Escobar added a single and a triple, while Raider Tello and Luke Ritter each doubled.

Starter Adam Seminaris mowed through six innings of one run ball, fanning nine batters on 88 pitches.

Triple-A Lehigh Valley lost 5-1, managing just four hits and three walks. Gabriel Rincones Jr. put up the lone extra base hit, a double, and a largely successful bullpen game from the IronPigs came apart when Tucker Davidson allowed four runs in his 2.2 inning stint.

High-A Jersey Shore lost 6-1. Third baseman Robert Phelps and outfielder Devin Saltiban doubled; shortstop Juan Villavicencio tripled and drew two walks, but the BlueClaws struggled to string hits together. Phillies 2025 fifth round pick Gabe Craig issued three walks in one inning of relief, allowing two runs and continuing his recent cold streak.

Single-A Clearwater lost 10-4, starter Sean Youngerman allowing four runs in four innings. The young righty struck out five batters but struggled with command and contact. Matt Ferrara (1-for-4) and 2026 pick Brayden Bakes (3-for-5) each doubled, and Nolan Beltran added three singles.
