Villanova Football added to their future offensive line on June 14, with Massachusetts rising senior Logan Hernandez announcing his commitment to the Wildcats in a post to Twitter (X).

Hernandez’s decision marks the Wildcats’ third 2027 offensive line commit in the month of June: for those who say that championships are built in the trenches — and for anyone who has followed the Wildcats’ run-heavy style of play in recent seasons — their focus on the offensive line is an important box to check.

Standing 6-foot-5 and weighing 285 pounds, Hernandez has experience at both guard and tackle, but his height would give him an added bonus at the latter position. He earned his offer from Villanova on June 12 and locked in with the program two days later, a testament to the impact the Wildcats’ coaching staff made on him. Per Hernandez’s Twitter account, offensive line coach Sean Devine issued his offer.

Hernandez attends Catholic Memorial High School, winners of four of the last five state championships in their classification; he won the MIAA Division 2 Super Bowl in December 2025. Wildcats’ linebackers coach Forrest Rhyne visited Catholic Memorial in January, talking with fellow 2027 recruit Xavier Blackmon, as Villanova scouts schools with a proven track record.
