Phillies affiliates went 2-2 on Thursday, Aug. 6, with recent call-ups to High-A Jersey Shore making an impact with their new team.

The BlueClaws lost 9-7 despite extra base hits from Robert Phelps (1-for-4 with a homer) and Juan Villavicencio (1-for-5 with a double). Starter Cody Bowker fanned seven batters in four innings (77 pitches) but allowed three runs; right fielder Devin Saltiban went 1-for-3 with two walks and a steal.

Triple-A Lehigh Valley lost 10-4, 11 hits and five walks not enough to overcome eight runners left on base. 38-year-old Tommy Pham homered, while Dylan Moore and Robert Moore each doubled. Double-A Reading swept their doubleheader, claiming the first game 6-4 and the nightcap 8-3.

Shortstop Bryan Rincon reached base five times on the day, hitting three singles and walking twice; center fielder Pedro León drew three walks with two singles. Second baseman Aroon Escobar walked and stole a base in the first game, then went 3-for-3 with a homer and a walk in the nightcap, and Alex Binelas also cleared the fences.

On the mound, Adam Seminaris logged a quality start with six innings, three earned runs and two strikeouts, completing his day on 83 pitches as he drew soft contact.

Single-A Clearwater, meanwhile, saw their game postponed due to rain.
