Phillies’ affiliates completed just three games on Thursday, June 11, with Triple-A Lehigh Valley’s game suspended due to rain in the top of the fourth inning. The rest of the organization went 3-0, beginning with a 5-3 win from Double-A Reading in Gage Wood’s fourth start for the Fightin Phils.

Wood, the Phillies’ 2025 first round pick, went three innings on 58 pitches, striking out five batters but allowing a pair of runs. Flamethrowing closer Alex McFarlane worked around a double to record a scoreless save, while Reading’s bats managed a trio of homers: Raylin Heredia (1-for-3 with a walk), Bryson Ware (1-for-2 with two walks) and Alex Binelas (2-for-3 with a walk) did the honors.

High-A Jersey Shore stayed one step ahead in an 8-7 win, rehabbing right-hander Wen-Hui Pan allowing one run in the ninth but holding on for the save. Second baseman Nick Biddison (1-for-4 with a triple and a walk) knocked in three runs as one of eight BlueClaws to reach base at least twice.

Single-A Clearwater rounded out the slate with a 5-2 win, benefitting from three trips on base from third baseman Juan Villavicencio (2-for-4 with a double and a walk), center fielder Victor Cardoza (3-for-4 with a pair of doubles) and catcher Alirio Ferrebus (3-for-4 with a double). Phillies left-hander and 2025 second round pick Cade Obermueller started the game with three scoreless innings, fanning four batters on 56 pitches, and Gabe Craig notched the save with a scoreless ninth.
